On November 9th, 2022, a Leadership Team HarvED Educational Agency was invited to the Turkey Cognia™ Summit 2022. The summit was a platform to partner with experts from Cognia in enhancing continuous improvement for our schools.
HarvEd Leadership Team was enriched with knowledge on how to exemplify these characteristics in Harvest International Schools and in each classroom. Clarity was gained into the new Cognia Standards and focus on how to boost Quality Assurance Procedures in all our schools and departments; as well as planning and laying new strategies that will make a difference in the experience of our students.
With Cognia Accreditation and a commitment to serve, HarvED Educational Agency is on a unique journey of continuous improvement.
Scope of Work:
Discussions focused on the four key characteristics of high-quality schools and systems. These include:-
– Leadership of Learning
– Healthy Culture of Learning,
– Engagement of Learning, and
– Growth in Learning
